Code Enforcement Services investigates for permitting of Boarding Homes. The City will investigate within 3 days to confirm if a residential home is operating an illegal boarding home without a required permit. After the initial inspection, the City is required to provide property owners 10 days to address the concern. The City will work diligently to get the property into compliance, otherwise, a case will be filed with Municipal Courts within 90 working days.
