Pothole/Pavement Repair

Potholes are collapsed areas within the roadway that do not exceed 3 feet by 3 feet. The City's goal is to repair all reported potholes within 48 hours or two business days. Areas of collapsed pavement that exceed this size are not considered a pothole, but instead are in need of a base and pavement repair.

Pavement Repair service requests will address concerns regarding street pavement issues including water ponding, driveway adjustments, brick pavers, street alligator cracking and other pavement conditions. These requests are initially investigated within 10 working days.
