The Minor Home Repair Program assists income-qualified homeowners citywide with health and safety items such as plumbing, electrical, non-working utilities, broken windows, damaged doors or other items in need or repair.
Neighborhood and Housing Services is located at 100 W. Houston San Antonio, Texas 78204. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:45am to 4:30pm. They can be reached at (210) 207-6459.
