Vehicles can be sold from a residential property provided they meet the requirements listed below. The vehicle can not be on the street in front of the home with a for sale sign.
Chapter 19 Sec. 19-241:
- The vehicle must be legally parked within the property.
- The registered vehicle owner must reside at that property.
- Only (1) one vehicle can be sold at a time.
- No more than (5) five vehicles can be sold per calendar year.
