Lost/Stolen Cart

The Solid Waste Management department will replace a lost or stolen garbage, recycling or organics container at no cost. If a cart size change is desired at this time, Solid Waste Management staff will coordinate billing with CPS Energy and have the appropriate cart delivered.  For lost carts after the first report, there may be a $50 cart replacement fee assessed.

This service request will be investigated and addressed within 5 working days.

To report a lost or stolen garbage, recycle or organics cart, please call 311 Customer Service, at 311 or (210) 207-6000. 311 is available seven days a week from 7am-7pm and on holidays from 8am-5pm.
