The Solid Waste Management department will exchange waste containers for residents who want to down/upsize their recycle, organics or garbage containers. Garbage service rates are charged by the size of the container. Recycling and Organics cart exchanges do not affect fees. Residents are able to downsize or upsize their cart(s) at no cost. Additional cart upsizes are $25 per occurrence. Requests to exchange a container will be addressed within 5 working days.
Effective October 1, 2024, the new monthly rates are as follows:
