Homeowners are responsible for understanding the property maintenance rules. The City's minimum property maintenance code is available on-line for viewing and at all City libraries, and hard copies are available for sale at the Development Services Department (One Stop).
Some of the resident responsibilities include:
- Mowing your lawn and keeping grass and weeds less than 12 inches in height.
- Keeping your property clean, safe and in sanitary condition at all times.
- Keeping Rights-of-Way free of obstructions including, overhanging tree limbs and other plants that impede the passage of vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
