This service request addresses a number of code related issues in violation of the San Antonio Property Maintenance Code (SAPMC) on all structures, inlcuding residential and commercial. These violations may affect the interior of the structure (floors, interior walls, ceilings, smoke alarms, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical).
The City will investigate within 3 working days to confirm minimum housing violations. After the initial inspection, the City is required to provide property owners 10 days to address concern. The City will work diligently to get the property into compliance by filing a case with the Building Standards Board (BSB) within 120 working days.
