Dead Tree on Private Property

This service request addresses dead trees or hazardous vegetation on private property.

Code Enforcement Services will investigate within 2 working days to confirm dead tree or hazardous vegetation.  After the initial inspection, the City is required to provide property owners 10 days to address the concern.  The City will work diligently to get the property into compliance within 45 working days.
