Report water wasting online or contact SAWS Water Conservation at (210) 704-7283(SAVE).
For SAWS Conservation citations, violators may pay through the San Antonio Municipal Courts.
For SAWS Claims Administration, please call (210) 233-2984 Monday through Friday between 8am-5pm.

Residents can check for water outages using the SAWS Outage map and get an estimated timeframe for the outage. SAWS calls residents to advise if they will be having a water outage due to repairs being made to the water lines. View the SAWS outage map here.
