CPS Energy will assistance with lighting or adjusting the pilots on your natural gas appliances, water heaters and furnaces for just $24 plus tax.
Here are some things to keep in mind before you contact CPS for an appointment:
- An additional fee may be assessed if you miss a scheduled appointment
- If there is heavy accumulation of dust or the heating equipment is faulty, they will not light the pilot until the problem is corrected (owner's responsibility)
- Any maintenance work must be scheduled with a private licensed heating/air conditioning contractor

Locating Underground Sewer Lines
SAWS will only locate sewer/water mains in the street/alley (City ROW) or up to the resident's property line. All communications
