To report parking spaces in privately owned parking lots in the downtown area, for issues such as the spaces are too small, not striped properly or not being maintained, please contact the Call Center at 311 or (210) 207-6000. 311 is available seven days a week from 7am-7pm and from 8am-5pm on holidays.
