The Small Scale Rental Rehabilitation Pilot Program helps property owners make improvements to address code deficiencies in small-scale rental properties. The program preserves and creates affordable rental units.
Property owners may qualify for assistance through SAAH’s Small Scale Rental Rehabilitation program.
The program can help property owners who:
- own 1-10 rental units;
- need assistance with plumbing, electrical, structural, or other major repair work; and
- can commit to renting at rates affordable to families earning at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Applications were accepted February 1 through March 24, 2024.The application is now closed.
