Development Services guides the residential development of new single-family homes, remodels, additions and other construction projects and ensures that construction projects adhere to the City’s adopted Building Codes and the Unified Development Code to enhance the health and safety for you, your family and our community. Some home improvements may not require obtaining residential building permits.
