After the initial inspection, the City is required to provide property owners 14 days to address the concern. The City will work diligently to get the property into compliance, otherwise, Administrative Hearing Officer (AHO) citations will be issued, and if still in violation, a case will be filed with Municipal Courts within 90 working days.
