Code Enforcement Services will investigate within 3 working days for oversized vehicles parked in a residential zoned property. After the initial inspection, the City is required to provide property owners 10 days to address the concern. The City will work diligently to get the property into compliance. If the issue is not in compliance, a case may be filed in Municipal Court within 90 working days.
