The Solid Waste Management department will deliver carts upon request. The department provides blue, brown and green carts for recycling of plastics, recycling of organics and regular trash services. Solid Waste Fees are billed monthly through CPS Energy. Garbage service rates are charged by the size of the container. Recycling and Organics containers are provided free of charge for solid waste customers. Requests for container delivery will be addressed within 5 working days.
Effective October 1, 2023, the new monthly rates are as follows:
