Additional garbage, recycle or organic carts can be requested by calling 311 Customer Service at 3-1-1 or 210-207-6000. 311 is available seven days a week from 7am-7pm and 8am-5pm on holidays.
Additional brown garbage carts are available for an additional monthly fee. An additional Recycle or Organic bin can be requested at no additional cost. An acceptance of Solid Waste Fees form is required. Once the request form for the additional container is signed, the cart will be delivered within 7 working days. Solid Waste Management will coordinate with CPS Energy to update billing upon delivery of a second garbage cart.
Residents may request up to 3 organic and 3 recycle carts (per active cps meter), anything above that would require approval.
