San Antonio Animal Care Services (ACS) Fostering Program is dedicated to decreasing the City euthanasia rate by providing temporary care for animals that are not ready for adoption. Ultimately, the Foster Program seeks to find permanent homes for animals once deemed adoption ready by Animal Care Services.
