Illegal dumping is a crime and should be reported. Solid Waste Management crews will collect illegal dumping in the City's right of way. This service request will be investigated and addressed within 4 working days. Illegal dumping on private property will be handled by Development Services, Code Enforcement division.
Suspected cases of illegal dumping in San Antonio can be reported to 311 Customer Service, at 311 or (210) 207-6000. 311 is available seven days a week from 7am-7pm and from 8am-5pm on holidays.
To report illegal dumpsites found outside the city limits in Bexar County, please call (210) 335-6700.
