SAWS Uplift offers a variety of programs to assist with utility costs for those who qualify. Programs include:
- Plumbers to People - provides emergency payment assistance up to two times a year.
- Project Agua - helps residential customers repair leaking plumbing fixtures in their home.
- Laterals to People - helps residential customers repair the sewer lateral from outside their home to the property line.
- Disability Billing/Disabled Veterans Initiative - provides a payment extension to residential customers who receive disability income.
