For tree limbs hanging over power lines that are affecting service please contact CPS Energy by calling (210) 353-2222 or make the request online.
CPS Energy has a schedule that targets their high voltage systems and they maintain those areas throughout the year. CPS suggests customers that wish to trim trees near power lines contact a tree trimming company. Customers have the option of calling CPS to request the electricity be turned off temporarily while the tree trimming is occurring.
