To report maintenance issues such as potholes or rough surfaces within 50 feet of a railroad crossing, graffiti or problems at a railroad crossing, please call 1-800-848-8715. *You will need to know the City, State, Name of the Street the railroad crosses or the Railroad crossing number.*

This phone number would also be used to report the following railroad issues:

• Malfunctioning crossing gates or issues with a railroad crossing device
• Rough crossing surface
• A train currently blocking a crossing
• Union pacific driver activity
• Grass, weeds, trees or material obstructing motorist view of approaching trains
• Idling railroad engines
• Questions concerning parades through railroads
