Pay stations have replaced several traditional parking meters. Parking pay stations service multiple parking spaces and reduce clutter on streets and sidewalks. In addition, parking pay stations accept both coins and debit/credit cards and provide customers with a receipt for every transaction.
For street meters and pay-stations, hours are Monday thru Saturday 8 am to 6 pm. Free on Sundays, city holidays and other hours between 8 pm and 6 am. For off-street pay-stations such as the I-35 lot, Alamo, Dolorosa, etc., these are 24 hours, seven days a week.
For questions or issues with Pay Stations, please contact the 311 Call Center by calling 311 or (210) 207-6000. The Call Center is available Monday through Sunday from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
If overcharged at a pay station, meter, garage or lot, please contact Fiscal (210) 207-2261. The hours of operation for Fiscal are Monday through Friday, from 7:45am to 4:30pm. If the issue happens after hours or on the weekend, please call the next business day.
