Visual Obstruction Causing Road Hazards

Public Works will remove vegetation and trees that obstruct vehicles visibility and pedestrian safe passage. They will also maintain city owned right-of-ways that visually obstruct safe passage and perform minor trimming of vegetation that is blocking the view of existing traffic signs or signals including Stop or Yield signs. If a major vegetation obstruction exists that cannot be handled, appropriate action will be taken to possibly include additional traffic control or rerouting the request to another department/division for support and assistance. This service request will be initially investigated within 3 working days.
