Hybrid Vehicle Parking Program

Vehicles displaying an authorized Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Placard are allowed to park for FREE at downtown street parking meters or street pay stations for a period of time not to exceed the limit of the meter or pay station. Please note that some meters or pay stations have restricted hours of use which apply to everyone. (Hybrid and Electric Decals are not valid at City Garages or City Lots).

To obtain a placard, complete the registration form, attach required documents and submit in person to the Parking Division at 400 N. St Mary's, 78205. Placards are distributed between 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. The placards are issued at no charge and are limited one per authorized vehicle owner.
