Free parking decals for residents, businesses and property owners in the East side neighborhood living within the boundaries of I-37, Indiana, S. Hackberry, E. Commerce, S. Cherry, and E. Durango to park during events. Signs will be installed in the above neighborhoods which will require all vehicles to display a decal in order to park on the streets.
During events, all other vehicles will be towed. The program only regulates the streets, not private property.
