This service request provides barricades to prevent any hazards that would occur in normal planned activity such as project work, and special events or emergencies such as: sinkholes, down poles, road obstructions, trees down, collapsed roads, water over the road, guard rail damage, sidewalk damage, missing manhole covers, hazmat spills, and high water. This request also addresses barricades that should be removed after the work is completed. The initial barricade investigation will be conducted within 1 working day.
To request this city service, you may submit the form below or call 311 Customer Service at 3-1-1 or 210-207-6000. 311 is available seven days a week from 7am-7pm and on holidays from 8am-5pm. Residents can also access 311 to report and address urgent road emergencies or traffic signal malfunctions from 7pm-11pm by pressing Option 1.
