The City of San Antonio Juvenile Municipal Court hears cases classified as a Class C Misdemeanor punishable by a fine, including truancy and traffic cases. Defendants under the age of 17 are classified as juveniles in the State of Texas.

Juveniles are required to appear in open Court with a parent or a legal guardian, even when legal representation has been obtained. To assist families, the Court offers a wide range of programs, classes and other community resources.

The Municipal Court is located at 401 South Frio, San Antonio, Texas 78207 and is operated Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. The phone number is (210) 207-8970.
