The nationally recognized Mental Health Unit works with local authorities and the San Antonio Fire Department to help residents engage relevant mental health support and services.
Mental Health Unit members assist patrol officers with calls. They also offer crisis intervention training for cadets, officers, and dispatchers.
The SAPD Mental Health Unit is located at 315 S. Santa Rosa Ave #2000, San Antonio, TX 78207 and can be reached at 210-207-7837. The hours of operation are Monday-Sunday 7am-11pm.
