Used Mattress Sales Permits

This service request addresses licensed and unlicensed used mattress complaints.

Code Enforcement Services will investigate within 3 days to confirm if a vendor is operating with the required permits.  After the initial inspection, the City is required to provide used mattress facilities 10 days to address the concern. The City will work diligently to get the property into compliance, otherwise, a case will be filed with Municipal Courts within 90 working days.
