Signs Blocking Right of Way

Code Enforcement Services investigates and removes unpermitted signs in the right of way to include roadways, sidewalks, medians, traffic poles, etc. Most signs are addressed on weekends and/or special assignments. Signs found to be unpermitted will be removed. The City will work diligently to get the property into compliance. If the property is not in compliance, a case may be filed in Municipal Court within 90 working days.
