The Office of Historic Preservation (OHP) protects the historical, cultural, architectural, and archaeological resources that make San Antonio unique. The Rehabber Club offers support to revitalize San Antonio's historic buildings through training, certification, community events, networking and more. Some of the programs offered are:
- S.T.A.R. (Students Together Achieving Revitalization) is a partnership that provides minor exterior home repairs and maintenance to homeowners within local historic districts and eligible historic districts.
- Rehabber Club hosts topic-specific workshops and training courses for both experts and novices alike. Past courses have included historic wood window repair, hazardous abatement, and porch repair.
- The Historic Homeowner Fair is an annual one-day event that brings together historic homeowners with local professionals, services, products, and solutions.
