Property Line

This service request addresses structures built too close to the property line.

Code Enforcement Services will investigate within 3 working days to confirm if the property has a structure built too close to the property line. After the initial inspection, the City is required to provide property owners 10 days to address the concern. If the property is not in compliance, a case may be filed in Municipal Court within 90 working days.
