This service request addresses lighting that is too bright or causes a hazard.

Code Enforcement Services will investigate within 3 working days to confirm the presence of illumination violations. After the initial inspection, the City is required to provide property owners 10 days to address the concern. If the property is not in compliance, a case may be filed in Municipal Court within 90 working days.
