Brush/Debris Blocking Sidewalk

This service request addresses piles of trash, tree limbs, and debris piles placed at the curb out of cycle of a scheduled pick-up.

The City will investigate within 2 working days to confirm trash/debris left at the right of way on blocking the sidewalk.  The City may address concern by issuing a notice or proceed with the process to abate the debris.  There are violation exceptions piles that are in cycle for bulky waste pick up.  After the initial inspection, the City is required to provide property owners 10 days to address concern. The City will work diligently to get the property into compliance within 45 working days.
