The San Antonio Metro Health's Unlocked Team provides resources to those reentering the community from incarceration.
Assistance is available to individuals who have been released from the Bexar County Jail within the last 3 months, are over 18 years of age and in need of health or social service support.
Resources include:
- Childcare and parenting
- Clothing and household items
- Employment
- Food
- ID recovery, government documents or legal
- Insurance
- Medical and Healthcare
- Mental health and substance use
- Shelter, housing or showers
- Transportation
- Treatment facilities
- Veteran services
