The City of San Antonio can assist individuals who need city information and/or services and where English is not the natural language. The 311 Call Center can be reached by dialing 3-1-1 or 210-207-6000. 311 is available seven days a week from 7am-7pm and on holidays from 8am-5pm. Individuals should indicate they do not speak English but need City information. The City accesses translation services to assist residents throughout the community. Translation services include:
