- Benefits Assistance: individualized social security benefits planning
- Deaf Support Service: assistance to persons who are deaf/hard of hearing and deaf and blind
- Training: for adaptive telecommunication devices
- Relocation Services: transition assistance from nursing facilities to the community
- Recreation, Social Events: opportunities for persons with disabilities to participate in various community activities
