San Antonio Healthy Start offers women and families high quality services and resources for health pregnancies and healthy births. San Antonio Healthy Start provides home visitation services to pregnant women until the baby turns two years of age.
The program offers: ◾case management ◾outreach ◾health education ◾depression screening and referral.
Healthy Start is located at 210 N. Rio Grande San Antonio Texas 78202 and is open from 7:45am to 4:30 pm. Monday through Friday except during official City holidays. Healthy Start can be reached at (210) 207-4725.
