Aging Connected is a national campaign led by Older Adults Technology Services (OATS) is designed to help seniors learn and use technology so they could live better in the digital age.
Senior Planet Centers helps seniors learn new skills, save money, get in shape, and make new friends. Their courses, programs, and activities are changing the lives of older adults far beyond technology.

The Device Lending Program for Older Adults through the San Antonio Public Library, will allow Bexar County residents ages 60 years or older to check out a free iPad from one of five Department of Human Services-managed senior centers throughout the city. Borrowers can keep the device at home for up to six months to help them connect with friends and family, browse the internet, connect with a health care provider, engage in leisure activities, and use mobile apps. A personal internet connection is not required as the devices will come with a free wireless cellular connection to access the internet.
