Payments for health inspection fees can be made in person at the Development Services Business Center located at 1901 S. Alamo San Antonio, TX 78204. The hours of operation are 7:45am-4:30pm. Payments can also be mailed to: City of San Antonio Collections Division PO Box 839975 San Antonio, Texas 78283. Unfortunately, payments can NOT be made over the phone or online.
