The Family Assistance Crisis Team (FACT) is a collaborative community program. Consisting of trained community volunteers, FACT offers crisis intervention services to victims and their families.
Any San Antonio resident who is at least 18 years old and has good standing in the community is welcome to apply to the Family Assistance Crisis Team. Applicants will be background checked, and must submit an application before being considered for the program.
Call 210-207-2136 to request an application. Applications may be submitted by mail or in person.
