The focus of the Family Assistance Center is to provide low-income families and individuals with the support they need to move toward better jobs and financial self-sufficiency.

The Family Assistance Center helps families that are seeking to meet basic needs and achieve financial self-sufficiency and success through:

  • CPS Energy utility bill assistance
  • free tax preparation
  • free financial counseling
  • benefits navigating
  • job-training support for those seeking better employment
