Elf Louise is a non-profit organization for Christmas gifts. Elf Louise gives all of its applications out to 193 social service agencies, schools, and the Housing Authority. They do not take any applications at the Elf Louise office or on-line. To apply for gifts for your children, the only rule we have is that you are not able to provide toys for your children at Christmas. If this is your situation, contact your school or housing manager, or social service agency that is already serving you to see if they have Elf Louise applications. They do not carry-over an application from one year to the next. The application process begins around August 15 and all completed applications have to be to Elf Louise by October 1.
