The Corazón Day Center and Resource Hub located at Grace Lutheran Church, 504 Avenue E. is available Monday through Friday from 9:30am-3pm (Warm Lunch served at Noon) and provides various resources for unsheltered homeless individuals.
The center is for anyone experiencing homelessness, about to experience homelessness or needing respite during the day. At the center, warm meals are provided, access to hot showers at Christian Assistance Ministries next door, ID Recovery, respite, small groups, computer lab, street outreach, and personalized case management.
