The City of San Antonio Department of Human Services Family Assistance Division administers support to the adult literacy and education initiative through seven citywide Community Learning Centers (CLC’s) which offer educational and technology opportunities to enable individuals to enhance their ability to read, write, and converse in English, and solve problems at levels of proficiency necessary to function on the job and in society.
