The Solid Waste Management department will investigate for scattered materials that were left behind from the servicing of containers. A supervisor will make contact with the resident and send the driver out to clean up if necessary. This includes servicing for recycling, organics and garbage containers. This service request will be investigated and addressed within 2 working days.
