Missed Collection/Brush/Bulk Pickup

The Solid Waste Management department provides brush and bulky curbside collection services twice per year.  The department delivers notices that indicate the start date of collection. These notices are delivered to residents 10 days in advance of scheduled collection services.  Residents who did not receive a notice for services should advise the department. Staff will investigate why the notice was not delivered. If the claim is found to be valid, a collection may be rescheduled.

Solid Waste Management will investigate for missed brush and bulky item collections. Occasionally, if vehicles were blocking the pile, it may not have been able to be collected.  If it was a legitimate miss, the crew will return for collection. This service requested will be investigated and addressed within 6 working days.

To report missed collection or no notice received for curbside brush or bulky items, you may submit the form below, use the City's 311SA Mobile app or call 311 Customer Service at 3-1-1 or 210-207-6000. 311 is available seven days a week from 7am-7pm and 8am-5pm on holidays.
