To report missed collection of your garbage, recycle or organics container on your regular collection day, you may submit the form below, use the City’s 311SA Mobile app or call 311 Customer Service at 3-1-1 or 210-207-6000. 311 is available seven days a week from 7am-7pm and 8am-5pm on holidays.
Carts containing unacceptable items will not be collected. Carts that are set out after 7AM are considered late set-out and may not be collected. Contaminated blue or green carts will not be accepted until the unacceptable items are removed. Otherwise, missed collections will be collected within 3 working days.
